  • We collect your name, mobile number and email id to identify you as a unique user in order to provide you our services hassle free. We collect your travel details like current location, travel time, source address and destination location only for the booking requests you make with us and make your travel with us a happy experience. You can choose to save your home address, office address and favorite travel destinations/addresses in your profile to make your booking experience highly handy. We also save your addresses from where you have traveled recently to book your next trip from the same location instantly. We also collect your feedback and ratings provided by you to improve our services. If you choose to use the tracking feature and alerts, we can use the mobile numbers of your dear and near ones shared by you in your profile to send them your location details to track you. This is for your safety purpose only.
  • We require the information to identify you as a user, improve our services and provide the best possible service to all you and all our other users. We keep this information for internal record keeping purposes only. We use your contact details to send you your trip related information to you as well as our service partners. We may sometimes send you information to your email id or mobile number about ours as well as our associates’ new services, special offers or other information which in our opinion would be of interest to you. We may also sometimes contact you for your feedback for improving our services and market research purposes via email or mobile number keeping your best interest at our heart.
  • We obtain Personal Data which you knowingly and voluntarily disclose to us, both online and offline, notably when you:
    a. Visit our websites and./or complete one of our web forms;
    b. Visit our premises;
    c. Communicate with us via any means, including but not limited to telephone, and through the use of networking websites, third party apps or similar technologies.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Time and Kilometers will be calculated and charged from our garage to garage. Duties beyond M.C.G.M limits, including Thane, Bhayander, Sanpada, Panvel etc shall be treated as outstation duties and charged at outstation rates, plus driver allowance.
  • Toll and parking tickets, Permits and any Government Tax will be charged at actuals.
  • All cars on outstation duties shall be charged a minimum average of 250 km. Per calendar day.
  • All coaches/buses on outstation duties shall be charged a minimum average of 300 km. Per calendar day.
  • GST shall be levied as applicable.
  • We shall not be responsible for any loss and allow any deduction from our bills due to breakdowns if any. In case of breakdown of the vehicle, we shall arrange a replacement car at the earliest.
  • Payments Terms 30 days of the date of invoice.
  • No refunds will be applicable once the payment has been completed.

User Agreement

We may amend the Terms from time to time in our sole discretion without any notice or liability to you. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the latest version of the Terms shall be posted on the Website. By continuing to use the Website after such amended Terms have been posted on the Website, you agree to be bound by such amendments.

We may, in our sole discretion and at any time, without notice to you, add to, amend, remove, alter, suspend or terminate the Website or Website Content. Any use of the website by the user after such amendment shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by the user of such amendments or modifications.
